On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and follow the email instructions. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, manage access through your Apple ID settings instead.
Go to Profile & Settings in the app and choose to delete your account, or email us at nibblyapp@gmail.com. We permanently remove your personal data within 30 days.
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins automatically at the price shown on the purchase screen. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged.
Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, select Nibbly, and cancel or switch plans. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep access until then.
Open Nibbly, go to the paywall or Profile & Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your subscription. If it's still locked, make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you purchased with, then email us.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to help you troubleshoot, but we can't issue App Store refunds directly.
During onboarding we estimate a suggested daily goal from your age, sex, height, weight, activity level, and goal. You can adjust it anytime in Profile & Settings. These are estimates, not medical advice.
Your streak grows once per day, when you first "close your ring" by reaching your daily calorie goal. If you already closed it today, it won't increase again until tomorrow. Streaks use your device's local date.
A streak freeze protects your streak for a single missed day so you don't lose your progress. Every subscriber starts with one. It's applied automatically to a missed day when available.
Yes. AI results are always shown as editable estimates. Adjust the meal name, calories, or macros before saving. For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo of a single plate. You can also log any meal manually.
You can log meals manually without a connection — they queue and sync automatically when you're back online. AI scanning requires an internet connection.
